Frequently Asked Questions
An AI due diligence audit is an independent assessment of a company's AI capabilities and surrounding technology. It verifies whether the AI is genuine, performs as claimed, is owned by the company, is cost-efficient at scale, is secure and complies with data protection requirements, and estimates what it would cost to fix any issues found.
Yes. We work with investors, acquirers, lenders and founders in NEOM, Saudi Arabia through fully remote delivery, using read-only access to code, cloud and billing data and video interviews with the target's leadership, aligned to Saudi business hours.
We trace every AI call in the code and workflows to identify which models are used and what proprietary data, fine-tuning and workflow logic sits around them, then test the AI independently against the claims made to investors.
A Red Flag Scan typically takes about five working days, a Standard AI and technology due diligence takes two to three weeks, and a Deep buy-side review takes four to five weeks, starting once access and documents are provided.
Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), overseen by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), governs personal data processing, alongside the National Cybersecurity Authority's Essential Cybersecurity Controls and sector rules from regulators such as the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). SDAIA has also published AI ethics principles. We review the technical controls behind these obligations; formal legal advice should come from qualified Saudi counsel.
AI model usage is a variable cost that grows with every customer interaction. If it is not measured per user or per transaction, it can quietly erode margins as the business scales, so we calculate it and model it at three and ten times current scale.
Yes. A vendor-side readiness audit uses the same framework investors apply, so founders can find and fix red flags in advance, answer technical questions confidently, shorten deal timelines and protect their valuation.
Every tier has a fixed scope and a fixed fee agreed before work starts, quoted in SAR or USD. The fee depends on the tier and the size of the target, and a Red Flag Scan fee can be credited towards a full audit if you upgrade.
